24 Hour Automated Monitoring

Here at Wyandotte Alarm Company we have our own UL listed
Central Station for monitoring your home or business.  We use advanced software
which allows us to provide you with a wide range of services to maximize the full
potential of your alarm system.  We staff our Central Station 24 hours a day, 365
days a year for your protection.  We are always there when you need us.

Alarm Dispatching

When we receive an alarm, we dispatch the proper authorities and contact your
designated representatives.  Our state-of-the-art software allows us to customize
the way alarm signals from your home or business are prioritized.  If you have

Tracking Users

Our Central Station software can track and archive information concerning the
operation of your security system.  With this service, you are only a phone call
away from knowing the date, time, and name of the person who turned your
system on or off.

Late to Close

Never let your business go unprotected overnight again.  With this service we will
call your representative if your alarm is not set by a designated time each night. 
This service is great for businesses with after hours cleaning crews or flex-time
workers.

Test Signals

How do you know that your alarm system will reach us when you need it to?  We
will program your alarm to periodically send a test signal to ensure that it is
working properly.  If we don't receive the test signal we will contact your
designated representative and alert them to the situation, so that the proper steps
can be taken to resolve the problem.

Supervised Openings & Closings

An alarm system can keep intruders out, but what about employees with a key and
a code?  If you don't want them in your building after hours we can supervise your
opening and closing times.  If someone arms or disarms the system outside of your
designated opening and closing times we will notify you or a representative of the
situation.

Activity Reports

Would you like a report of all the activity concerning your alarm system (e.g.
openings, closings, bypasses, and alarms)?  For a nominal charge we will send you a
weekly report of all activities.

System Changes

Our advanced systems and software allow us to make changes to your alarm system
without having to visit your home or business.  This is a big advantage for our
customers who have busy schedules, plus it is less expensive than a service call. 
Changes to your codes, zones, partition information and more can be made quickly
and easily, without the inconvenience of scheduling a service call.

Remote Activation

Forget to set your alarm system?  For a nominal charge, we can set your alarm
system for you remotely from our Central Station (most systems).
