          Wyandotte Alarm Company runs a 7-day-a-week 24-hour service
department and keeps additional service personnel on call in case emergency
service is necessary.  Our service technicians are highly trained and dedicated to
getting your system operating properly as quickly as possible.  At Wyandotte Alarm
Company, we understand the importance of prompt and reliable service.  It is just
another reason why we are more than just peace of mind.

Commercial/Industrial

To protect your business properly, your security system must be working properly. 
Our service department is just a phone call away if your system needs repair.  We
have also updated our Central Station Monitoring System with enhanced features
that allow us to handle many service calls over the phone.  The bottom line is that
we are there when you need us
.

Residential

We know how hard it is for most people to be home during the day, so in order to
accommodate our residential customers, we run the majority of our residential
service calls during the evening.

Agent Availability

We keep personnel available to respond to alarms from your home or business.

Commercial/Industrial

If you have our Agent Availability service, we will send a trained service
technician to your business to investigate the cause of the alarm.   If your system
needs service we will repair it while we are there.  If we find any unauthorized
person to be in your building, we will detain them until the police arrive.  If there
is any damage to your building we will immediately notify you or a representative. 
This service is priced based on the distance we have to travel to investigate the
alarm.

Residential

Going out of town and need someone to check your home if your alarm is tripped? 
You can drop off a set of keys with us: your keys will be sealed, time stamped, and
locked in a key vault.  If your alarm is tripped we will send a trained service
technician to check on your home.  There is no charge for this service unless we
have to investigate an alarm condition at your home.  In the event this happens,
our normal service-call rate applies.
